Pay Attention
In order to get good cutting performance and service life, it is necessary to use high precision and high rigidity tool holder.
1. Before using the tool, please measure the tool deflection. When the tool deflection accuracy exceeds 0.01mm, the feed speed or cutting amount will be increased.
2. The shorter the tool extends out of the chuck, the better. When the tool extends out for a long time, please reduce the speed, feed speed or cutting amount.
3. In case of abnormal movement or sound during cutting, please reduce the spindle speed and cutting amount until the situation are improved.
4. Steel cooling is a good way of spraying or air injection to make high titanium aluminum perform very well, and no water-soluble cutting fluid is recommended for stainless steel, titanium alloy or heat-resistant alloy.
5. The cutting mode depends on the influence of workpiece, machine and software.
