Application: It is universal grade for milling of carbon steel, alloy steel (HRC≤55). cast iron and stainless steel. It can be for machining of Ni based high-temperature alloys at normal cutting speed.
Flute: 4 flutes are for semi-finishing or finishing cutting, 2 flute is for rough machining.
Cutting corner: "4F" has sharp cutting corner, suitable for 90°right angle groove, "4E" has cutting edge strength. Cutting edge to all endmill treated by special honing process.
Helix angle: has 30°,38°,45°and others, suitable for side milling, step milling, grooving milling, profile milling and so on, but 30°is special for side milling.
