Six major classifications of cutting machine blades

Standard cutting machine blades can be divided into the following six types based on the hydraulic transmission cutting method of the cutting machine
1、 The blade of a manual shearing machine is used on a manual shearing machine. It uses the principle of a mechanical lever to cut and cut thin plates by manually pressing the small knife holder of the shearing machine
2、 Electric shearing machine blade, used on electric shearing machines, is driven by a motor to drive a belt pulley for angle cutting of the shearing machine blade holder
3、 Mechanical cutting machine blades are used on mechanical transmission cutting machines. They rely on electric motors to drive large gears to move in a curved manner, allowing the upper tool holder and fixed lower workbench tool holder of the cutting machine to cut
4、 The blade of a hydraulic swing shearing machine is used on the hydraulic swing shearing machine. The power motor is activated, and the oil pump rotates to supply oil to the main and auxiliary oil cylinders. The upper blade holder of the shearing machine performs arc cutting on the adjustable lower workbench
5、 Hydraulic gate type shear blade is used on hydraulic gate type shear machines. It starts the power motor, and the oil pump drives the oil supply to the oil cylinder on the upper blade holder of the shear machine. The upper blade holder of the shear machine performs vertical shear with a shear angle on the adjustable lower workbench
6、 CNC cutting machine blade manufacturer, used on CNC programming type cutting machines. Through CNC programming, the blade holder on the cutting machine automatically cuts the adjustable workbench of the cutting machine
